The system includes a dispenser and a plurality of substantially planar sheets each comprising an individual garment disposed within and configured to be dispensed from the dispenser. Each garment includes a torso first and second sleeves extending from the torso a pocket disposed on a front portion of the torso and a through-hole disposed in the pocket and configured to receive a wire therethrough.
