PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and easily execute calibration.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes a photon counting type detector, a correction part and a reconstitution part. The photon counting type detector has a plurality of X-ray detection elements which detect X-ray photons applied from an X-ray tube. The correction part corrects detection signals detected by the photon counting type detector for each of the X-ray detection elements on the basis of the gravity center of an X-ray spectrum detected by the photon counting type detector.
