PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental frame material which has good shape compatibility with an abutment model.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a dental frame comprising a structure in which a plurality of columnar objects composed of a plurality of continuous fibers and a resin are joined. The resin is preferably a thermoplastic resin, and the continuous fiber is preferably a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, or a ceramic fiber, and the cross-sectional area of the columnar material is preferably from 0.005 mm2 to 3.0 mm2.
