PURPOSE:The titled film having improved weather (light) resistance, anti-fogging properties, etc., obtained by coating one side or both sides of a specific polyethylene terephthalate film with an anti-fogging agent containing aqueous emulsion of a specific hydrophobic acrylic resin, etc. CONSTITUTION:One side or both sides of agricultural polyethylene terephthalate film containing an ultraviolet light absorber and having 0.01-0.3mm thickness are coated with an anti-fogging composition comprising (A) aqueous emulsion of hydrophobic acrylic resin having 35-80 deg.C glass transition temperature obtained by subjecting A1: 60-100wt% monomer consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester (e.g. methyl acrylate, etc.) or monomer mixture of the (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester and an alkenylbenzene (e.g. styrene, etc.) and A2: 0-40wt% another alpha,beta-ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e.g. acrylic acid, etc.) copolymerizable with the component A1 to emulsion polymerization and (B) inorganic colloidal sol, etc.
