The infrared receiving unit receives infrared rays radiated in a first region including at least a part of the forehead of the user when the determined operating mode is the dedicated mode, and receives infrared rays radiated in a second region, which includes the first region and is wider than the first region, when the determined operating mode is the interlocked mode.
