PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the flow quantity control of a compressor suitable for such a small-sized oxygen concentrator as a portable oxygen concentrator.SOLUTION: A flow sensor 108 is arranged on the intake side of a compressor 101. As it is thereby unnecessary to provide separately a dehumidifier for the flow sensor, while complication of the constitution is suppressed, the flow quantity of the compressor 101 can be highly precisely controlled. In addition, the flow sensor 108 is arranged in a wind path 107 of a case 104.
