The invention relates to a method of interfering the reproduction of the aquatic organisms and improving the water quality and sediments and a connection structure thereof integrated with the aerator. The method mainly is to connect the pillar, which is setup at a proper spot in the cultivation pond, with a aerator using a connection equipment whereas the connection equipment is adjustable according to the water level of the cultivation pond and can rotate when it is driven by the water current force generated during the operation of the aerator. As a result, the aerator can move in a circumferential motion and increase of the dissolved oxygen level in the water. In addition, the connection structure described in this invention includes a pillar and a connection equipment whereas the pillar is fixedly installed at a proper spot in the cultivation pond. The connection equipment includes a series of connection sections sequentially connected together, an adjusting section and a shaft whereas one end of the connection section is connected to the top of the pillar. Accordingly, the invention can create a circumferentially rotating motion driven by the water current force generated during the operation of the aerator to increase the dissolved oxygen level in the water and to achieve the goal of energy saving and a smooth operation.
