The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating colitis. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the composition for preventing or treating colitis comprises S-allyl-L-cysteine, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate or hydride of same as an active ingredient, and exhibits an anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammation) action in colitis. The composition for preventing or treating colitis has an outstanding effect in preventing and alleviating colitis due to the effect of the anti-inflammatory action and the effect of an antioxidant action of S-allyl-L-cysteine, while at the same time S-allyl-L-cysteine is not accompanied by side-effects and so has a wide scope of use against colitis.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à la prévention ou au traitement d'une colite. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la composition destinée à la prévention ou au traitement d'une colite comprend la S-allyl-L-cystéine, ou un de ses sels, solvates ou hydrures pharmaceutiquement acceptable utilisé comme principe actif, et présente une action anti-inflammatoire (anti-inflammation) dans des cas de colite. La composition destinée à la prévention ou au traitement d'une colite présente un effet exceptionnel de prévention et d'atténuation de la colite dû à l'effet de l'action anti-inflammatoire et à l'effet d'une action antioxydante de la S-allyl-L-cystéine, la S-allyl-L-cystéine n'étant parallèlement pas accompagnée d'effets secondaires et ayant ainsi une large gamme d'utilisations contre la colite.본 발명은 대장염 예방용 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대장염 예방 또는 치료용 조성물은 에스-알릴-엘-시스테인(S-allyl-L-cysteine), 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 또는 이들의 용매화물 또는 수화물을 유효성분으로 포함하고, 대장염에 항염증(Anti-inflammation) 활성을 나타내는 것이다. 상기 대장염 예방 또는 치료용 조성물은 에스-알릴-엘-시스테인의 항염증 활성효과 및 항산화 활성효과로서 대장염에 대한 예방 및 개선효과가 우수하면서도, 에스-알릴-엘-시스테인은 부작용을 동반하지 않으므로 대장염에 대한 활용범위가 높다.
