In the present disclosure, a liquid oil dispersion formulation using a wax base was prepared to provide a cosmetic composition having excellent adhesion without drying. The wax base of the present disclosure is a mixture of wax and an oil having excellent compatibility, and is applicable to a room temperature process since it is in a paste state at room temperature. Since the cosmetic composition of the present disclosure can be prepared at a room temperature process, it can contain volatile oil while containing wax, and thus can be prepared as a liquid oil dispersion formulation having excellent adhesion without drying.본 개시는 건조하지 않으면서도 밀착력이 우수한 화장료 조성물을 제공하기 위해 왁스 베이스를 사용한 액상 유분산 제형을 제조하였다. 본 개시의 상기 왁스 베이스는 왁스와 상용성이 우수한 오일에 왁스를 혼합한 것으로, 실온에서 페이스트 상태이므로 실온 공정에서 적용 가능하다. 본 개시의 화장료 조성물은 실온 공정에서 제조 가능하므로 왁스를 함유하면서도 휘발성 오일을 함유할 수 있게 되어, 건조함 없이 밀착력이 우수한 액상 유분산 제형으로 제조될 수 있다.
