A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) assisting device comprises a wearable device, an automated external defibrillator (AED) and an oxygen supply device, which are received and held in a case. The wearable device is provided with a covering member and a fastening band connected to the covering member. The covering member is provided with a pressure detection unit, a heartbeat detection device, a first display unit and a second display unit.
