PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal film that has excellent bactericidal properties, avoids degradation of a bactericidal layer, and can easily take bactericidal measures without the use of a liquid.SOLUTION: A bactericidal film 10 includes a bactericidal layer 2 on one face side of a base material 1, and includes an adhesive layer 3 and a peeling layer 4 on the other face side of the base material 1 opposite the bactericidal layer 2. The bactericidal layer 2 contains a composite material in which a photocatalyst is covered with an inorganic absorbent, metal particles, and a resin binder.
