The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilizing a floor mat. More specifically, the apparatus in a direct spraying type prevents pathogens of livestock disease from being spread by shoes of people passing by various farms and relevant facilities. According to the present invention, the apparatus applies a direct spraying method using a proximity sensor. Therefore, reduction of a sterilizing effect caused by deterioration of a sterilizing solution is prevented. The apparatus includes a heat generating part and thus can prevent the sterilizing solution from being frozen even in winter. Therefore, the apparatus can maintain the sterilizing effect to be constant regardless of the temperate of the outside.본 발명은 발판 소독장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 각종 농장 또는 관련시설 등을 출입할 때 신발을 통해 가축 전염병의 원인균이 전파되는 것을 방지하기 위한 직접 분사식 발판 소독장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 근접 센서를 도입한 직접 분사 방식을 채택함으로써 소독액의 변질에 따른 소독 효과의 저감을 예방하였으며, 발열부를 도입하여 겨울철에도 소독액의 결빙을 방지함으로써 외부 온도와 무관하게 소독 효과를 일정하게 유지할 수 있다.
