This refers to a vaccine component, including acrylonitrile e isolated from varicella zoster virus； a metabolizable oil, such as esculeno； a fatty acrylonitrile-1, wherein R1, R3, R5 and R6 are c10-c12, R2 and R4 respectively, each of which is a separate C8-C14 mixture. This synthesis has a high degree of safety, selectively increasing cell immunity to varicella zoster virus (vvz) antigens,It does not reduce the disadvantages of live vaccines. It is an effective way to prevent varicella or herpes.Referido a una composicion de vacuna que comprende glicoproteina E del virus de la varicela-zoster； un aceite metabolizable como el escualeno； un adyuvante glucopiranosil lipido de Formula 1； en donde R1, R3, R5 y R6 son cada uno independientemente alquilo C10-C12, y R2 y R4 son cada uno independientemente alquilo C8-C14. Dicha composicion tiene un nivel alto de seguridad y aumenta selectivamente la respuesta inmune mediada por celulas al antigeno del virus de la varicela-zoster (VVZ), sin tener las desventajas de las vacunas vivas atenuadas, siendo util para prevenir la varicela o herpes zoster.
