A sterilising apparatus for sterilising a feeding bottle assembly for a baby, the feeding bottle assembly comprising a feeding bottle, a top end and a base end, the top end having an open neck the sterilising apparatus comprising a housing which is adapted to attach to and sit on the top end of the bottle, an ultraviolet (UV) light source on the housing which extends into the bottle for UV sterilisation of the bottle when the housing is attached to the bottle, and a switch which automatically switches on the UV light source when the sterilising apparatus is attached to the bottle.L’invention concerne un stérilisateur servant à stériliser un kit biberon pour nourrisson. Le kit biberon comprend un biberon une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure, la partie supérieure présentant un col ouvert. Le stérilisateur comprend: un boîtier conçu pour se fixer à la partie supérieure du biberon et reposer sur celle-ci une source de rayons ultraviolets (UV) ménagée sur le boîtier et qui se prolonge à lintérieur de celui-ci pour la stérilisation aux UV du biberon lorsque le boîtier est fixé à ce dernier et un commutateur qui allume automatiquement la source de rayons ultraviolets lorsque le stérilisateur est fixé au biberon.
