Described is a surgical device to retain and move an organ during surgical operations, which makes it possible to easily prepare the system for holding the organ and avoids the need both for a dedicated access trocar for exclusive use and the insertion of an operating member connected irreversibly to the surgical device. The surgical device minimises the risk of tearing and/or bleeding of the organ following the actions applied on the same organ during the surgical operation.L'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical pour maintenir et déplacer un organe pendant des opérations chirurgicales, ce qui permet de préparer facilement le système de retenue de l'organe et évite à la fois le besoin de recourir à un trocart d'accès dédié à usage exclusif et l'insertion d'un élément d'actionnement connecté de façon irréversible au dispositif chirurgical. Le dispositif chirurgical réduit au minimum le risque de déchirure et/ou de saignement de l'organe suite aux actions appliquées à ce même organe pendant l'opération chirurgicale.
