FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Device for mapping and removal of renal nerves, located in renal artery, comprises guide catheter, catheter for mapping and removal, handle and connector. Guide catheter has cavity and distal end with controlled bending. Catheter for mapping and removal is located in one of cavities of guide catheter and has distal end, which includes electrodes and sensors. As electrodes serve electrodes for electric supply, laser energy, high-intensity focused ultrasound or cryoablation. Distal end of catheter for mapping and removal is bent and extends from guide catheter or pushed and rotated along central axis of open end of guide catheter. Bending distal end of catheter for mapping and removal is enabled by traction cable, which one end attached to distal end of catheter for mapping and removal, and other is to spring inside handle. When distal end of catheter for mapping and removal is retracted into guide catheter, it is fixed in place and pulls traction rope, compressing spring. When distal end of catheter for mapping and removing extends from guide catheter, its distal end is detached, spring naturally opens and pulls traction rope, curving distal end of catheter. Also used is nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory with given shape so that distal end can retain specified bending after installation on catheter. Handle connects guide catheter and catheter for mapping and removal and includes control components intended for monitoring movement of guide catheter and catheter for mapping and removal. Connector is designed to supply power to electrode.EFFECT: higher accuracy, efficiency and safety of operation for removal of renal nerve.9 cl, 3 dwg
