PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical delivery device making a hole to be bored in a floor as small as possible when delivering a foamed chemical into a narrow space under a floor, or the like, and capable of improving work efficiency by flexibly moving the device.SOLUTION: There is provided a chemical delivery device comprising a pipe 6 and a chemical liquid pipe 7 made of a flexible material such as a vinyl tube, and a head part 1 attached to a tip end of the tube using an elastic material such as rubber. In the case of spraying a chemical into a narrow space such as an underfloor space, a hole slightly larger than the pipe 6 is opened in the floor and the horn-shaped head part 1 is folded and inserted into the underfloor space. Accordingly, the head part 1 is restored to its original form under the floor, and the chemical can be ejected through an opening 2 having a diameter larger than the pipe 6. A foamed chemical is ejected from the opening 2 by supplying air from a blower 8 to a foamable chemical liquid sprayed from a nozzle 4 to a foamed sheet 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 床下などの狭い空間に発泡状の薬剤を送出する際に、床にあける穴をできるだけ小さくするとともに、かつ装置をフレキシブルに動かして作業効率を向上させることもできる薬剤送出装置を提供する。【解決手段】 管部6及び薬液パイプ7はビニルチューブ等の柔軟な素材からなり、その先端部にあるヘッド部1にはゴム等の弾性体が用いられる。そのため、床下のように狭い空間に薬剤を散布したい場合は、床に管部6よりやや大きい穴をあければ、ラッパ状のヘッド部1を折り畳んで床下に挿入すると、ヘッド部1は床下で元の形状に復元されるので、管部6より径の広い開口部2から薬剤を吐出させることができる。尚、ノズル4から発泡シート2に噴霧された起泡性の薬液に、ブロアー8から空気を送り込むことで、発泡状の薬剤が開口部2から吐出される。【選択図】 図1
