PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and lightweight home electrotherapy apparatus for potential-hyperthermic treatment having a simple configuration, configured to notify a user that the potential treatment is applied without fault, and to detect a fault such as needlestick or the like for safety use.SOLUTION: An electric-floor plate 5 serving as a planar sensor for potential treatment, and a heating body for hyperthermic treatment are integrally laminated and included in a futon mattress 10. The heating body includes a sheet-like heating element 1 which is formed of a cloth woven together with an electrode band such as a copper wire or the like on both sides thereof, and coated with carbon conductive paint, or the like. The electric-floor plate includes a sheet-like conductive material which is formed of an electric insulating film such as a vinyl chloride film or the like coated with a carbon paint on one surface thereof to form a conductive film.
