The present invention relates to a security management server, a system, and a method using biometric information. Therefore, it is suitable for the security management of public data, and data cannot be seen due to the biometric information even when the data is leaked.본 발명은 생체 정보를 이용하는 보안 관리 서버, 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 보안 관리 서버는, 데이터를 암호화하기 위한 암호화 키들과 암호화 키들로 암호화된 암호화 데이터들을 각각 복호화하기 위한 복호화 키들을 생성하여 관리하는 키 생성 관리부와, 사용자의 생체 정보를 인증하는 생체 인증 관리부와, 생체 인증 관리부에서 인증된 사용자 단말기에 암호화 키를 선택하여 송신하는 보안키 관리부와, 사용자 단말기에서 암호화 키를 사용하여 생성한 암호화 데이터와 해당 암호화 키의 정보를 연결하여 관리하는 연결 관리부를 포함함으로써, 공용 데이터의 보안 관리에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 데이터가 유출된 경우라도 생체 정보로 인해 데이터를 볼 수 없다.
