The invention relates to an occlusion splint assembly (01), in particular for treating sleep apnea, comprising a maxillary miniplast splint (02) that can be arranged on the maxillary row of teeth, and a mandibular miniplast splint (12) that can be arranged on the madibular row of teeth, wherein the miniplast splints (02, 12) each have positioning means (05, 22), by means of which (05, 22) the position of the miniplast splints (02, 12) in relation to each other in a longitudinal direction (X) can be defined. For simple changing of the position, exchangeable positioning means (22) mounted on centering pins (15) are used on one of the two miniplast splints (02, 12). Secure retention of the particular exchangeable positioning means (22) on the centering pin (15) is realized by means of a locking connection.
