The present invention relates to a composite pigment comprising a substrate with a general concave shape, said substrate being at least in part covered by at least one layer comprising at least one UV filter and/or at least one coloring pigment. The composite pigment can be prepared by a method comprising a step of subjecting a substrate with a general concave shape and at least one UV filter and/or at least one coloring pigment to a hybridizer process.
