The present invention relates to a needleless syringe capable of preventing a syringe used in injecting a medicine into a human body from skidding and falling from a hand to the ground, and capable of having ensured stability even when a medicine is injected in a human body by using only one hand. The needleless syringe according to the present invention comprises: a syringe body (100) integrated with a cylindrical outer container (110) having a structure in which the inside thereof is penetrated, a syringe tip (120) extended to have a particular length and a uniform diameter from a front end part (111) of the outer container (110) having a slope surface (115) formed thereon to gradually become smaller than the diameter of the outer container (110), and a finger hanging unit (130) extended in a vertical outer direction with respect to a length direction of the outer container (110) from the outer circumferential surface of a rear end part (113) of the outer container (110) to hang a users finger thereon； and a pushrod (200) inserted in the outer container (110) of the syringe body (100), and removing or discharging a liquid contained in the outer container (110) while longitudinally moving by an operation of a user.본 발명은 약제를 인체에 주사하기 위해 사용되는 주사기가 손에서 미끌어져 바닥에 떨어지는 것을 방지하고, 한 손만을 사용하여 약제를 인체에 주사하는 경우에도 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 무바늘 주사기에 관한 것이다. 이와같은 본 발명에 따른 무바늘 주사기는, 내부가 관통된 구조를 갖는 원통형 형상의 외통(110)과, 상기 외통(110)의 직경 보다 점진적으로 작아지도록 경사면(115)이 형성된 상기 외통(110)의 전단부(111)에 일정 길이 균일한 직경으로 연장 형성되는 주사기팁(120)과, 상기 외통(110)의 후단부(113)의 외주면에서 상기 외통(110)의 길이방향에 대해 수직 외측방향으로 연장 형성되어 사용자의 손가락을 걸기 위한 손가락 걸림부(130)가 일체형으로 형성되는 주사기 본체(100)와； 상기 주사기 본체(100)의 외통(110)의 내부에 삽입되며, 사용자의 조작에 의해 상하방향으로 움직이면서 상기 외통(110)의 내부에 들어있는 액체를 제거하거나 배출하는 밀대(200)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
