The culture extract is prepared by dispersing lecithin in an aqueous phase containing human-derived stem cell culture at room temperature to prepare a dispersion solution, forming reverse micelle emulsion from the dispersion solution using supercritical carbon dioxide, and decompressing to remove the supercritical carbon dioxide.
