According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fully automatic pulley fishing system includes: a first rotary shaft with rotational capabilities; a motor which is connected to the first rotary shaft to provide a rotational driving force to the first rotary shaft; a first rotary plate which is in a disk shape, has the center of a side surface coupled with the first rotary shaft to rotate with the first rotary shaft, has an end of the second rotary shaft coupled and fixed to the center of the other side surface, and has multiple first through-holes passing through the first rotary plate in the thickness direction; a second rotary plate which is in a disk shape, is arranged to be parallel with the first rotary plate, has multiple second through-holes passing through the second rotary plate in the thickness direction, and has the second rotary shaft passing from one side to the other side to arrange the center be in an eccentric position with the center of the first rotary plate; a third rotary shaft which has a side surface fixed and coupled to the other side surface of the second rotary plate to rotate with the second rotary plate and has third through-holes passing through in a shaft direction while having the second rotary shaft pass there-through; a mount which is an end fixed and installed onto the third rotary shaft and has a fishing rod with a fishing line mounted on the other end; a fixing unit which has the center part fitted and coupled to the other end of the second rotary shaft, rotates with the second rotary shaft, and has spools for winding the fishing lines individually installed on both ends; and a connection unit which is installed between the first and second rotary plates while connecting the first and second rotary plates.본 발명의 일 실시 예에 의하면, 자동 고패 낚시 장치는, 회전 가능한 제1회전축; 상기 제1회전축에 연결되어 상기 제1회전축에 회전 구동력을 제공하는 모터; 일측면의 중심이 상기 제1회전축에 결합되어 상기 제1회전축과 함께 회전 가능하며, 타측면의 중심에 제2회전축의 일단이 고정 결합되고, 두께 방향으로 관통 형성된 복수의 제1관통홀을 가지는 원판형의 제1회전판; 상기 제1회전판과 나란하게 이격
