PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that rise and recline beds which are prevalent nowadays place a great deal of focus on reducing the time and effort of care-givers, whereas there are many wishes to rise by oneself in care-receivers, and to provide a rise and recline bed which achieves the wish to perform rising and reclining by oneself by using simple mechanism, and which is suitable for use at home and has a light weight and a low price.SOLUTION: A leg receiving part separated from a bed body is integrated with a base so as to be a sitting seat when a user on the bed sits up. By expanding and contracting the bed, the whole length of the sleeping-area surface is decreased while rising and is increased while becoming supine. Thereby, the user can perform rising and reclining without help. By further supplying, on the back of the user, a back pad which advances and retreats in conjunction with the rising and reclining, the user can more easily sit up and become supine.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】現在普及している起伏ベッドは、介護従事者の労力軽減に主眼が置かれているが、自力で起伏したいという要望も多い。この自力での起伏を単純な機構で実現し、自宅での使用にも好適な軽量かつ安価な起伏補助ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】ベッド本体から脚受け部分を切り離して基台に一体化し、起き上がり時には腰掛け座とする。ベッドを伸縮させて、寝床面の全長を起立とともに減じ、仰臥とともに増大させることにより使用者は介助無しで起伏が可能である。また、起伏に連動して、使用者の背面に進退する背当てを装備することによって、さらに起き上がりと仰臥を容易にした。【選択図】図9
