PURPOSE: A fixing device for blood vessel closure is provided to prevent a shape widening of a perforation region by strongly pushing the perforation region of a blood vessel than a main body. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) is composed of a lower part of a cupola-shape and an upper part of a cylindrical shape. The main body is able to be formed into various materials having elastic force and ductility including rubber, silicon, or synthetic resin etc. A pressing part(120) is formed in the lower side of the main body. A first inhale cavity(130) is formed in the main body according to the circumference of the pressing part. The first inhale cavity is communicated with a second inhale cavity(140). A check valve(150) is installed inside the first inhale cavity. The check valve controls the movement of air by secluding the first inhale cavity.본 발명은 혈관의 외부에서 흡입력에 의해 피부를 혈관의 천공부위로 잡아당겨 천공을 신속하게 폐쇄하고, 혈류를 원활하게 하하며, 환자의 거동을 용이하게 하고, 의료사고를 줄일 수 있는 혈관 폐쇄용 고정장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.본 발명의 혈관 폐쇄용 고정장치는, 혈관이 천공된 피부의 표면에 접촉되는 본체와； 상기 본체의 하부에 형성되어 혈관의 천공부위를 누르는 가압부와； 상기 본체에 상기 가압부의 둘레를 따라 상하 관통 형성된 제1흡입공과； 상기 제1흡입공에 장착되어 하방향으로 공기가 유동할 때 상기 제1흡입공을 차단하고, 상방향으로 공기가 유동할 때 제1흡입공을 개방하는 체크밸브； 를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 제1흡입공에 상방향으로 흡입력이 제공될 때, 피부는 상기 가압부 방향으로 당겨져 상기 혈관의 천공부위를 폐쇄한다.
