PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical drainage device which enables accurate recognition of a drainage amount.SOLUTION: The medical drainage device 1 includes: a connection tube 11 a suction device 12 which is connected to the connection tube 11 and includes a pump 121 that is a hollow elastic body a storage bag 13 which is connected to the pump 121 of the suction device 12 and stores drainage sucked through the connection tube 11 and the pump 121 and a check valve 17 which makes a gas and the drainage flowing from the pump 121 to the storage bag 13 pass through and prevents the flow of the gas and the drainage from the storage bag 13 to the pump 121.
