The present invention relates to a lighting device for a companion animal. According to the present invention, the lighting device for a companion animal remaining in an indoor space comprises: a temperature sensor detecting the temperature； an illumination sensor detecting the illumination of the indoor space； an LED lamp emitting light of various colors； and a controller receiving a signal transmitted from the temperature and illumination sensors to calculate the signal so as to control the LED lamp, wherein the controller is connected to the temperature sensor, the illumination sensor, and the LED lamp. The controller receives an electric signal outputted from the illumination sensor to control the brightness of the indoor space with the LED lamp, and receives an electric signal outputted from the temperature sensor to adjust the color of light emitted from the LED lamp according to the indoor temperature. Moreover, the lighting device comprises a Wi-Fi module connected to the controller and current indoor temperature is transmitted to a portable terminal of an outing protector of the companion animal through the Wi-Fi module.
