PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an absorbent article in which variations of the shape of an extruded ridge formed on a top sheet are prevented.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an absorbent article is configured as follows: non-woven fabric 30S serving as a top sheet is sandwiched between a push roll 90 and a concave roll 91 a protrusion of the push roll 90 is pushed in a recess of the concave roll 91 to form an extruded ridge 31 then, a material 40S of a second sheet is fed to the outside of the non-woven fabric 30S serving as the top sheet in a process of winding up to the concave roll 91 and guiding it the non-woven fabric 30S serving as the top sheet and the material 40S of the second sheet are sandwiched between the concave roll 91 and a joining roll 92 a top second joint is formed by fusing it between the joining protrusion of concave roll 91 and the peripheral surface of the joining roll 92 and hot air HA is blown from a blast nozzle 95 disposed in the outside toward the nonwoven fabric 30S serving as the top sheet on the concave roll 91, in the process of forming the extruded ridge 31 to form the top second joint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
