PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker which can be used effectively in detection/diagnosis of various lesions associated with various kinds of cancers and foci of necrosis because of high specificity.SOLUTION: A necrosis marker: contains (1) an amino acid sequence expressed by any one of specific sequences, (2) an amino acid sequence in which one or some amino acids are substituted, deleted, and/or inserted in each amino acid sequence of (1), or an amino acid sequence having 90% or more, preferably 95% or more, further preferably 98% or more of homology with each amino acid sequence of (1)； and consists of an expression product of a gene encoding an amino acid sequence which shows a function, activity, or a character identical to each amino acid sequence and protein of (1), or an autoantibody against the expression product.【課題】各種の癌及び壊死巣に関連する様々な病変の検出・診断において、特異性が高く有効に使用できるようなバイオマーカーの提供。【解決手段】以下のアミノ酸配列：（１）特定の配列のいずれか一つで示されるアミノ酸配列、（２）（１）の各アミノ酸配列において一個又は数個のアミノ酸が置換、欠失及び／又は挿入されたアミノ酸配列、又は（１）の各アミノ酸配列と９０％以上、好ましくは９５％以上、更に好ましくは９８％以上の相同性を有するアミノ酸配列であって、（１）の各アミノ酸配列とタンパク質としての同一の機能、活性、又は性質を示すアミノ酸配列をコードする遺伝子の発現産物又は該発現産物に対する自己抗体、からなる壊死マーカー。【選択図】図２
