PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic laminate excellent in handleability and blocking resistance and an article including the elastic laminate, and an elastic laminate elongation in which the elastic laminate is elongated beforehand and an article including the elastic laminate elongation.SOLUTION: An elastic laminate having an olefin-based resin layer on at least one side of an elastomer layer. In an S-S data figure (Figure 2) of an operation of elongating the elastic laminate to an elongation rate of 400% at tensile speed of 1,000 mm/min, and then returning the elongation of the elastic laminate to an elongation rate of 0% at the tensile speed of 1,000 mm/min, the elastic laminate has an upper yield point while the elastic laminate elongates at the elongation rate of 0-100% and a lower yield point while the elastic laminate elongates to the elongation rate of 400% from the upper yield point, and has a difference between yield stresses of the upper yield point and the lower yield point of 0.05 N/30 mm width or more. The olefin-based layer contains a non-elastomeric olefin resin containing a homopolymer of α-olefin, and the elastomeric olefin resin contains an olefin-based elastomer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】取り扱い性と耐ブロッキング性に優れる伸縮性積層体、前記伸縮性積層体を含む物品、伸縮性積層体を事前伸長させた伸縮性積層体伸長物及び伸縮性積層体伸長物を含む物品の提供。【解決手段】エラストマー層の少なくとも一方の側にオレフィン系樹脂層を有する伸縮性積層体であって、伸縮性積層体を、引張速度１０００ｍｍ／分で伸長割合４００％迄伸長した後に引張速度１０００ｍｍ／分で伸長割合０％迄伸長を戻す操作のＳ－Ｓデータ図（図２）において、伸長割合が０～１００％伸長する間に上降伏点を有し、上降伏点から伸長割合４００％迄伸長する間に下降伏点を有し、上降伏点と下降伏点との降伏応力の差が０．０５Ｎ／３０ｍｍ幅以上である伸縮性積層体。オレフィン系樹脂が、α－オレフィンのホモポリマーを含む非エラストマー性オレフィン樹脂を含み、エラストマー性オレフィン樹脂がオレフィン系エラストマーを含む、伸縮性積層体。【選択図】図２
