An MRI movable bed 50 includes a mounting portion 51, a vehicle body portion 52, a wheel portion 53, and a slide mechanism. The mounting unit includes a plurality of mounting elements divided in the longitudinal direction, and a deformation mechanism that can be deformed into a chair shape and a flat shape by moving each mounting element. The vehicle body portion includes a plurality of vehicle body elements divided in the longitudinal direction, and a deformation mechanism that can be deformed into a chair shape and a flat shape by moving each vehicle body element. The wheel portion supports the vehicle body portion via the support portion 54. The slide mechanism has a configuration in which a flat mounting portion can be slid in a substantially horizontal direction with respect to a flat vehicle body portion with the wheel portion fixed to the floor surface.
