PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize travel attitude of a work vehicle having a suspension mechanism by configuring the work vehicle so as to allow selection of a suspension form suitable for e.g. working conditions of a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In a vehicle body 4 provided with travel units 1 and 2, a travel power transmission shaft 6 is in a vertically freely slidable way in a travel power transmission case 5 transmitting driving force to the travel units 1 and 2, and a boss 7 including the travel power transmission shaft 6 in a bearing inclusion form. In the upper end part of the boss 7, an upper chamber 9 which surround the upper end part of the travel power transmission shaft 6 and the upper end part of a bearing member 8 is formed. In the upper chamber 9, an upper spring 10 urging downward the travel power transmission shaft 6 is arranged, and the upper side of a steering case 11 is provided in a vertically freely slidable way on the lower side of the boss 7.
