Here, the non-naturally occurring molecule comprises at least one β-aggregation region exposed in the environment, which is derived from the protein that can be down-regulated. The β-aggregation region consists of five neighboring amino acids present in the protein. The non-naturally occurring molecule is fused to a moiety that prevents aggregation of the β-aggregation region. The non-naturally occurring molecule comprises part A and part B. Here, part A comprises a soluble region selected from a peptide, a protein domain, or a protein, which prevents the aggregation of part B； and part B comprises at least one β-aggregation region.
