The present invention relates to a trocar support guide which adds a silicone tube underneath a trocar to prevent the trocar from collapsing or being rotated in another direction during laparoscopic surgery. The trocar support guide comprises: a donut-shaped tube having a hollow part into which a trocar is inserted at the center and having a space part which contracts and expands due to internal pressure； and a partition wall formed inside the tube and dividing the space part into one or more spaces, wherein the partition wall seals at least one space to have different pressures, the tube may have irregularly rugged surfaces, and may be formed of a silicon material, or silicon may be injected into the space part.본 발명은 트로카 하부에 실리콘 튜브를 추가하여 복강경 수술시 트로카가 쓰러지거나 다른 방향으로 회전되지 않도록 하는 트로카 지지 가이드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 중앙에 트로카가 삽입되는 중공부가 형성되고, 내부 압력에 의하여 수축 및 팽창하는 공간부를 갖는 도넛형상의 튜브 및 상기 튜브의 내부에 형성되어 상기 공간부를 하나 이상으로 구획하는 격벽을 포함하며, 상기 격벽은 상기 하나 이상의 공간부를 밀폐시켜 서로 다른 압력을 갖도록 할 수 있고, 상기 튜브는 그 표면이 불규칙하게 요철된 형상이며, 상기 튜브가 실리콘 재질로 형성되거나 또는 상기 공간부에 실리콘이 주입될 수 있다.
