At least one perimetrical region (16.1) of the cushion includes the first gusset portion, the second gusset portion between the first gusset portion and the face-contacting portion, and the reinforcement portion between the face-contacting portion and the second gusset portion. At least one other perimetrical region (16.2) of the cushion includes only the first gusset portion and the reinforcement portion between the face-contacting portion and the first gusset portion. The first and second gusset portions in the at least one perimetrical region project laterally inwardly towards an interior of the cushion.
