It is effective for treating, for example, diseases and conditions related to activity of B-Raf V600E mutant protein kinase, for example, melanoma, neuroglioma, glioblastoma multiforme, pilocytic astrocytoma, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, gastrointestinal tract interstitial tissue tumor, biliary cancer and cholangiocellular cancer.
