PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer in which light can be prevented from impinging on the reception surface, without deteriorating the mechanical characteristics of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A capacitive electromagnetic transducer is constituted to include a plurality of cell structures 2. The cell structure has, in the lamination direction on a substrate 3, a diaphragm 7 constituted of a first electrode, and a second electrode provided while spaced apart from the first electrode by a gap 5.
