PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the maintainability of and the heat dissipation in an electric motor and a battery.SOLUTION: A rotor cover 3 which covers the upper part of a tilling rotor 2 arranged at the lower part of a working implement has a double structure in which a lower cover 3A and an upper cover 3B, separated up and down from each other, are equipped. The electric motor 4 which drives the tilling rotor 2 and the battery 5 which supplies electricity to the electric motor 4 are arranged above the lower cover 3A so that the each upper side part of the electric motor 4 and the battery 5 projects and is exposed upward from the upper cover 3B.
