The present invention relates to plant facilities for feed production and, particularly, to a novel technique which secures the easiness of a short working flow line and maintenance by optimally arranging various devices, equipment and the like required for feed production, reduces work manpower, and reduces initial investment and construction costs required for constructing a feed plant. To solve the problems, the present invention provides a technique that a pellet forming machine is installed in the same lower level (first level) as a control room, and a cooler is installed on the same line as a cyclone dust collector so as to significantly reduce the length of a heat radiation duct connected between the cyclone dust collector and the cooler.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019본 발명은 사료생산용 플랜트 설비에 관한 것으로, 특히 사료생산에 들어가는 각종 기기 및 장비 등을 최적으로 배치하여 짧은 작업동선과 유지관리의 용이성을 확보함은 물론 작업인력을 감축하고, 사료공장의 구축에 소요되는 초기 투자 및 건축비를 절감하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다.종래에 개시된 사료생산용 플랜트 설비는 펠렛 성형기가 중간층(3층)에 설치됨에 따라 진동 발생이 크고, 펠렛 성형기의 작업자는 저층의 제어실에서 업무를 수행하는바 작업동선이 길어 유지관리가 불편하며, 쿨러와 사이클론 집진기의 사이에 연결된 방열덕트의 길이가 매우 길어 결로가 발생함은 물론 대용량의 쿨링팬을 필요로 하는 문제점이 야기된다.본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 펠렛 성형기를 제어실과 동일한 저층(1층)에 설치하고, 사이클론 집진기와 동일한 높이의 선상에 쿨러를 설치하여 사이클론 집진기와 쿨러 사이에 연결된 방열덕트의 길이를 대폭 줄이도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
