The actuator vibrates in the dispersion chamber when exposed to the airflow, and disperses the powdered drug mixed in the airflow passing through the dispersion chamber. The ratio of the first diameter to the second diameter is about 0.40 to 0.60, so that an audible sound is produced when the actuator vibrates.
