The present invention relates to an interspinous fusion implant which: prevents an upper spinous process and a lower spinous process from being split apart from each other in opposite directions and comprises the upper latching member, which is formed to be stopped by an upper spinous process, and the lower latching member, which is formed to be stopped by an adjacent lower spinous process. The upper latching member includes an upper ring, which pulls the upper spinous process downward, and an insertion portion which is provided at a lower portion of the upper ring with a predetermined length. The lower latching member includes: a lower ring, which pulls the lower spinous process upward a guide frame, which is provided at an upper portion of the lower ring so that the insertion portion can be slid and coupled to an inner accommodation unit, which is formed in a longitudinal direction thereof and a tightening member which penetrates from a side surface of the guide frame to be coupled thereto and adheres to the insertion portion, coupled to the inner accommodation unit, to firmly tighten thereto.
