A cushion arrangement for a patient interface (for communicating with the nose or the nose and mouth of a patient) comprises a cushion and a shaping structure in contact with the cushion. The shaping structure comprises a thermo-shrink material, and the local dimension of the themo-shrink material determines a level of local compression or expansion of the cushion. The shaping structure enables the cushion to be customised for the end user.Un système de coussin pour une interface patient (permettant de communiquer avec le nez ou le nez et la bouche dun patient) comprend un coussin et une structure de mise en forme qui est en contact avec le coussin.
