PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation therapy planning device for efficiently performing a radiation therapy.

SOLUTION: The radiation therapy planning device includes: storage devices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 which store planning information, therapy process information, therapy protocol information, therapy facility information and human resource information a setting device 6 which sets therapy frame information for planning from each piece of information of the storage devices a therapy planning problem creation device 7 which creates parameter information for starting a scheduling problem solution engine based on the therapy frame information an engine device 8 which applies information from the setting device 6 and the therapy planning problem creation device 7 to the scheduling problem solution engine to calculate the optimal solution a processing/storage device 9 which converts the optimal solution into a therapy frame result table to store it a device 10 which divides all planning periods into a plurality of periods to calculate a paste period for including a part of the previous planning period in a period for the present planning and a display device 11 which creates all period therapy frames from the therapy frame result table to display them.
