PURPOSE: An implant is provided to have multiple rods which are protruding formed on the upper part of an abutment, and which are easily bent at a little power by forming a rod to have a small diameter, thereby facilitating the installation and repair of a prosthesis appliance. CONSTITUTION: An implant(10) comprises a fixture(11), an abutment(12), and a prosthesis appliance(16). A fixture is implanted into alveolar bone. The abutment is combined with the fixture. The prosthesis appliance is fixed on the abutment. The abutment includes a body and multiple rods. The body is formed with a threaded hole inside, and combined with the fixture. The rod is protruded on the upper part of the body to be mounted with the prosthesis appliance, and bent at a fixed angle to secure an insertion route of the prosthesis appliance and retention.본 발명은 구조가 개선된 임플란트에 관한 것이다. 그러한 임플란트는 치조골에 매식되는 픽스츄어와； 상기 픽스츄어에 결합되는 어뷰트먼트와； 그리고 상기 어뷰트먼트에 고정되는 보철물을 포함하며, 상기 어뷰트먼트는 내부에 나사홀이 형성되며 상기 픽스츄어에 결합되는 몸체와； 상기 몸체의 상부에 돌출되며 일정 각도로 절곡됨으로써 상기 보철물의 삽입경로 및 유지력을 확보할 수 있는 다수개의 로드를 포함한다. 이러한 임플란트는 어뷰트먼트의 상부에 다수개의 로드를 돌출형성하고, 이 로드의 직경을 작게 형성함으로써 작은 힘으로도 쉽게 절곡시킬 수 있어서 보철물의 장착 및 수복이 용이한 장점이 있다.
