To identify anti-IL-17 antibodies characterized by having a low off rate and high affinity for human IL-17. The antibodies of the present invention, chimeric, humanized, or human antibodies, may be an antigen-binding fragment thereof or immune complexes of antibody of them completely. Autoimmune, inflammatory, cell proliferative, and antibodies of the present invention are particularly useful for the treatment of developmental disorders.ヒトIL-17に対して高親和性及び低解離速度を有することを特徴とする抗IL-17抗体を同定する。本発明の抗体は、キメラ、ヒト化、若しくは完全にヒトの抗体、それらの抗体の免疫複合体又はそれらの抗原結合断片でもよい。本発明の抗体は、自己免疫、炎症性、細胞増殖性、及び発達性障害の治療に特に有用である。
