PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict more correctly temperature of a land.SOLUTION: The invention is configured such that temperatures which are measured for every prescribed time by plural thermometers 20 each of which is installed at each of plural positions in the surrounding of a farm land Fa, are accumulated as pieces of temperature information Td in a storage part 33 of a server 30. Then, the server 30 detects time-variant change of the temperatures measured at plural positions in the surrounding of the farm land Fa, based on the temperature information Td accumulated in the storage part 33, position information Pd and time information Hd, and based on time-variant change of the temperatures in the surrounding of the farm land Fa, a time when temperature of the farm land Fa reaches 0°C (namely, occurrence time of frost). Therefore, it is possible to correctly predict a fact that the temperature of the farm land Fa reaches 0°C and the time thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】土地の温度をより正確に予測できるようにする。【解決手段】農地Ｆａ周辺の複数個所に設置された複数の温度計２０によって所定時間ごとに測定された温度を、温度情報Ｔｄとしてサーバ３０の記憶部３３に蓄積する。そして、サーバ３０が、記憶部３３に蓄積されている温度情報Ｔｄ、位置情報Ｐｄ及び時刻情報Ｈｄをもとに、農地Ｆａ周辺の複数箇所で測定された温度の時間的な変化を検出し、農地Ｆａ周辺の温度の時間的な変化をもとに、農地Ｆａの温度が０℃に達する時刻（つまり霜の発生時刻）を予測するようにした。こうすることで、農地Ｆａの温度が０℃に達する旨とその時刻をより正確に予測できる。【選択図】図３
