The present invention relates to a method for increasing the yield of ginseng seed extract by extracting with a supercritical fluid extraction method, and a ginseng seed extract having an increased yield. The ginseng seed extract obtained by the supercritical fluid extraction method according to the present invention has an excellent extraction yield as compared with other extraction methods and has an effect of inhibiting melanin production of ginseng seeds.본 발명은 초임계 유체 추출법으로 추출하여, 인삼종자 추출물의 수율을 증가시키는 방법 및 이에 의해 수율이 증가된 인삼종자 추출물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초임계 유체 추출법으로 추출한 인삼종자 추출물은 다른 추출방법과 비교하여 추출 수율이 우수하고, 인삼종자의 멜라닌 생성을 억제시키는 효과를 나타낸다.
