PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article capable of being certainly fitted to the body of a wearer in the state that a front waist region is downward positioned so as to expose the abdominal part of a wearer by relatively simple operation.SOLUTION: A fastening system for mutually connecting both side edge parts of front and rear waist regions 12 and 13 is constituted of the first fastening elements 17 provided to the skin opposed surfaces of a pair of tape fastener tabs 15 and 16 outwardly extending in the direction of a transversal axis Q from both side edges 13a and 13b of the rear waist region 13 and the second fastening elements 18 positioned almost in parallel to the first fastening elements 17 in the skin non-opposed surface of the front waist region 12.
