An emulsified composition for dilution of cancer antigen peptides or dimers thereof. Further, by mixing the emulsified composition for dilution with a water phase containing cancer antigen peptide or dimer thereof, there is provided a novel cancer vaccine composition or specific CTL inducer capable of efficiently inducing CTL without dependence on the type of cancer antigen peptide. In particular, there is provided a emulsified composition for dilution of cancer antigen peptides or dimers thereof, comprising a specified ester, a specified surfactant, a specified emulsifier and a water phase. Moreover, there is provided a cancer vaccine composition or specific CTL inducer, produced by, at use, diluting and mixing of a water phase containing cancer antigen peptide or dimer thereof with the emulsified composition for dilution.
